Which options do I have with Qonto and DATEV?

Through the integration of Qonto with DATEV, you can simplify your accounting while saving time and energy. 

Our integrations allow you to automatically synchronize transactions, receipts, and invoices between Qonto and DATEV, saving you time and energy.

​The seamless connection between Qonto and DATEV gives you the opportunity to make your accounting more efficient and focus on growing your business.

 Qonto currently offers four different interfaces with DATEV:
​DATEV Belegbilderservice
​DATEV Interface with RZ-Bankinfo
​DATEV Interface with FinAPI (PIN/TAN)
DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0

Please note that currently EBICS x DATEV with Qonto is only used within the RZ-Bankinfo framework. The classic EBICS with DATEV via signature is not offered. However, connecting other ERP solutions with EBICS and Qonto is possible in the German market.


👉Important Notes: All DATEV integrations are exclusively available for customers with German IBAN at Qonto. Please note that it is not possible to conclude a contract with Jedeclare or for the EBICs T protocol with Qonto in Germany.

Who can use the DATEV integrations with Qonto?

  • Users with the role Account Holder, Admin, or Accountant

  • German IBAN is mandatory

  • DATEV Belegbilderservice, DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0, and DATEV RZ-Bankinfo are only available for our packages Smart, Premium, Essential, Business, and Enterprise. Change your Qonto plan here
