With Qonto's DATEV integrations, you can automatically transfer transactions (bank movements) and supporting documents (receipts and attachments) to DATEV π
Transactions and supporting documents are independent of each other: you can sync only transactions, only supporting documents, or both β depending on your needs.
For a complete setup, we recommend activating one building block for transactions and one for supporting documents, so that bank movements and their associated documents are both available in DATEV.
What requirements do I need to meet to use the DATEV integrations?
The DATEV integrations are available on π» web only. To use them, you must meet the following conditions:
- Role: Account Holder, Admin, or Accountant

-
Plan:
- Basic: Only the PIN/TAN connection via FinAPI is available
- Smart and above: Belegbilderservice, Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0, and RZ-Bankinfo are available, in addition to PIN/TAN

What setup do I recommend for a complete DATEV integration?
A complete DATEV setup at Qonto consists of one building block for transactions and one for supporting documents. The right combination depends on your needs, your DATEV environment, and the workflow of your tax advisor.
A common setup is:
- Transactions: FinAPI (PIN/TAN) or RZ-Bankinfo
- Supporting documents: Belegbilderservice or Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0
There is no universally "best" combination β activate only the building blocks that fit your specific workflow.
