How to automatically retrieve supplier invoices?

The Get My Invoices feature enables you to connect to over 10,000 different supplier portals (e.g., Orange, SFR, Uber, etc.), allowing the automatic periodic retrieval of your supplier invoices.

This integration is designed to simplify your bookkeeping and accounts payable workflows. By automating the process of collecting, storing, and exporting invoices from various sources, it helps save you time and effort.

Get the Account Payable add-on if you want to have Unlimited invoice collection.

Who can set up the integration?

Users with the roles of Owner, Admin, or Reporting can set up the connection, from the web app only.

How to connect my supplier portal to Qonto?

  • From the Integration and Partnership‘s section:
  1. Click on Featured
  2. Search for the supplier portal you would like to connect to, select it
  3. Click on Connect.
  • From the Invoices section:
  1. Click on Supplier Invoices
  2. Press the Activate integrations and tools button at the top right corner 🔌
  3. Select Import receipts and invoices
  4. Search for the supplier portal you would like to connect to, click on Connect.

Once you have clicked on Connect, it will take a few seconds before the set up begins. Then, you will be able to:

  • enter your supplier login details
  • decide on the starting date to import your already existing invoices
  • click on Finish/Save.

What happens after I connect Get My Invoices to Qonto?

Invoices from your suppliers will be imported directly into the supplier invoices section of Qonto. These invoices will be automatically matched to transactions on Qonto whenever possible.

If an invoice is not automatically matched, you can open the invoice in the Supplier Invoices window and manually attach it to a transaction.
