How does Qonto manage my marketing communication preferences?

  • Updated

You will find answers to frequently asked questions about how Qonto collects and uses your consent for marketing communications below.

What counts as “marketing communications”?

Marketing communications from Qonto can include content such as newsletters, product and industry news, personalized offers, event invitations, partner offers, survey, and feedback requests and referral offers. These are separate from essential service messages like security alerts, statements, account activity notifications or legal & regulatory notices, which you will continue to receive as part of providing the service.

How can I change my marketing preferences?

You can easily manage your marketing preferences in your Qonto account by going to :

🖥️ Settings > Personal settings > Marketing notifications

📲 Settings > Notifications > Marketing

You can choose to opt in or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link that lets you opt out from the communications you do not wish to receive.

I opted out from marketing communications. Will I still get important messages?

Yes, you will still receive essential service and legal / regulatory communications even if you opt out of marketing, ensuring you stay informed about significant account and service updates.

Can I manage what marketing communications I want to receive?

Your marketing notification preference page allows you to granularly manage specific types of content you wish to receive:

I received a marketing email after opting out—what should I do?

Our marketing communications always include an unsubscribe link that allows you to easily manage communication preferences. If you don't see an unsubscribe link, this communication could be a part of your selected account activity notifications or contain information that is important for you to receive.

If the issue persists, contact our Support team (support@qonto.com) and we will be happy to help resolve it.

How do marketing preferences work for multi-user business accounts?

Marketing preferences are managed individually per user, so each team member can set their own marketing choice in their personal account settings, while service and operational messages continue to reach the relevant users regardless of their marketing consent.

How do marketing preferences work if I'm attached to multiple organizations?

If you have access to multiple organizations, you can update your marketing preferences for all your organizations at once through the web in-app preference center. This means you don't need to adjust settings separately for each organization, one update will apply across all your accounts, making it easier to manage your communication preferences.

How can I exercise my privacy rights (access, deletion, etc.)?

You can submit a privacy request through the Help Center or as described in our Privacy Policy, and our Support team can guide you to the right place if needed.
