New: Use Qonto for your expense reports

You sometimes make professional expenses with your own funds? Speed up and track your reimbursements in real time by submitting your expense reports directly from Qonto, in just a few clicks.

How to use it?

  1. If not already done, complete your registration on Qonto using the personal link that was sent to you by email

  2. To submit a new expense report, go to the Requests section, click on Expense Report

  3. Take a photo or import your receipt, then enter the necessary information for your request

  4. Follow its status in real time and get your reimbursement as soon as your expense report is approved
