Qonto offers optional add-ons that allow you to enhance your current plan with additional features tailored to your needs. These changes are designed to offer more flexibility and functionality to meet your specific needs.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are additional paid features that can be added to an existing Qonto plan.
⚠️ No add-ons are included in any pricing plan by default.
They provide extra functionalities to enhance your experience and tailor the service to your needs.
The add-ons available today are:
- "Invoice Automation" add-on: available for Basic plan and above (Solo plans), and for all Team plans
- "Project Hub" add-on: available for Basic plan and above (Solo plans), and for all Team plans
- "Team Spend Controls" add-on: available for Team plans only (Essential, Business, Enterprise)
💡 Looking for the Accounts Payable Plus add-on or the Cash Flow Management Plus add-on? These are no longer standalone add-ons. Their features have been redistributed across plans:
- Advanced invoice/quote customization and reusable invoice, quote, and email templates — previously part of the Account Receivable add-on — are now included for free in every plan.
- Subscription management and renewal alerts are now included in Premium and above.
- Team budget management, card requests, transfer requests, and Instant, Virtual, and Advertising cards — up to 50 per type, then a small per-card fee applies — are now included in Essential and above.
- Unlimited Instant, Virtual, and Advertising cards are now included in Business and above.
How can I add or remove an add-on to my Account?
🖥️ From the web app:
- Go to the Settings section, in the bottom left of the screen
- Select Billing and invoices in Organizations
- Select "Manage add-ons" or select one of them if you already have a subscription
To delete an add-on, click on it via the Price plan details section, and select Remove.
📱 From the mobile app:
- Click on Menu on the bottom right of your screen
- Go the the Settings section, on the top right of the screen
- Select Price plan in Organization
- Select "Manage add-ons" or select one of them if you already have a subscription

What are the features of each add-on?
1. Invoice Automation
Automate invoicing tasks and streamline how you invoice clients and collect payment.
Features available:
- Recurring invoices (Automate regular invoice sending to clients)
- Automated payment reminders (Set up automated reminders to ensure timely payments from selected clients)
- Electronic signature on quotes (Request e-signature on quotes with one-click acceptance)
2. Project Hub
Organize your invoices and quotes by project or client, track progress, spot gaps, and track margin.
Features available:
- Projects — organize quotes, invoices, and payments by project or client
- Client portals — your clients can track all their quotes, invoices, and payment status in one place
3. Team Spend Controls
Available for Team plans only (Essential, Business, Enterprise).
Features available:
- Advanced card settings
- Custom approval workflow rules for transfer and reimbursement requests
- Advanced Manager role permissions
- Auto-block team cards when receipts are missing
- Advanced HR software integrations
What are the prices of the add-ons?
No add-ons are included in pricing plans, each add-on has its own pricing.
You can save up to 20% by paying annually.

What billing frequencies are available for the add-ons?
You can select a monthly or annual billing frequency for the add-ons. However, you cannot pick an annual frequency if your plan’s billing frequency is monthly.

Can I try an add-on before subscribing?
You can activate a 1-month free trial at any time for any add-on, allowing you to explore all included features before committing to a subscription. No charges will apply during the trial period, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Learn more here.
