How to use the Quick Actions feature in my Qonto interface?

  • Updated

The "Quick Actions" feature boosts your productivity with practical shortcuts that allow you to complete tasks with just 1-2 clicks. Whether you're sending SEPA transfers, uploading invoices and receipts, or browsing your recent transactions, you'll save time by reducing navigation steps in the app.

It allows you to:

  • Initiate an immediate SEPA transfer with a single written request and a single click to confirm.
  • Upload a receipt or invoice via drag & drop.
  • Browse your last 50 transactions.
  • Use smart shortcuts to complete your usual tasks faster.

This feature is located in the left panel of the web application, below your logo, and looks like a search bar. You can also use Command K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows) to activate Quick Actions.

How does it work?

You can start by clicking on the Quick Actions⚡️ icon.

You will find two types of actions in the list:

  • Shortcuts that instantly redirect you to the corresponding page of your interface

Perform an immediate SEPA transfer:

  • Write a message: Send [amount] euros to [@name of the existing beneficiary] for [reason].
  • Select the existing beneficiary by typing @ and press Enter.

Once you have pressed "Enter", you can review your request to ensure it is correct:

  • If it is correct, click on Send transfer and validate the action on your phone.
  • If it is incorrect, click on Edit data to correct the information.

⚠️ The beneficiary must exist before you make the request.

Upload receipts and invoices from suppliers:

Drag and drop your file in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, up to 30 MB.

Once uploaded, you will find it in your supplier invoices section, and we will associate it with the correct transaction.

💡 Note: You can drag and drop multiple files at once.
