Qonto offers a wide range of certificates to meet your needs. Here’s everything you need to know about requesting them based on your role and the options available.

Where can I download my account certificate?

Your account certificate, which includes your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT, is available in your Qonto app (both web and mobile).

From your web app:

  3. Select the language (you can choose English or the local language of the country where your company is based) in "Get your account certificate" and click on "Download PDF" to download the file in PDF format.

☝️ Tips: You can choose to include your current balance by ticking the box “Include current account balance".

From your mobile app:

  2. Tap "Account certificate"
  3. Select the language of your choice (English or the local language of the country where your company is based),

Who can request a certificate?

  • Account Holder (Owner) and Admin

You can request a certificate and will receive it directly. The account holder will automatically be copied in the email upon sending.

  • Manager, Employee, or Accountant

These roles can request a certificate, but the document will not be sent directly to them. Instead, the certificate will be sent to the account holder, who can then share it with them.
