This statement helps you reconcile your card spending and understand exactly which transactions are covered by each repayment. It's particularly useful for sharing detailed breakdowns with your accountant or maintaining clear monthly records.
The statement is available to all users with Credit Cards and can be downloaded directly from your Qonto app on 💻 web and 📱 mobile.
What information does my credit card statement include?
Each credit card statement provides a complete breakdown of your spending for a specific repayment period.
The statement includes:
- Company details: Your business name and information
- Repayment period: The exact date range covered by the statement
- Transaction list: All credit card transactions included in the repayment, showing the date, merchant name, amount, and currency for each payment
- Period totals: Summary of total spending for the repayment cycle
This level of detail makes it easy to track and verify your card expenses, even when multiple transactions are grouped into a single repayment.
How do I download my credit card statement?
You can access your credit card statement directly from any Credit Card repayment entry in your account.
On 💻 web:
- Go to Business account > Accounts and select your account
- In your transaction history, locate and click on a Credit Card repayment entry
- The statement will be available to download as a PDF, and you'll also see the list of underlying transactions
☝️You can also download the list of transactions made with your credit card. From the same section, click the arrow to the right of “All transactions”, then scroll down and select Export statement.
On 📱 mobile:
- Open your Qonto app and go to Accounts
- Select your account and scroll through your transaction history
- Tap on a Credit Card repayment entry
- Download the statement or view the individual transactions included in that repayment
Each repayment has its own dedicated statement, so you can easily access historical records for any billing cycle.
Can I use this statement for accounting purposes?
The credit card statement is designed to help you reconcile and prepare your accounting, but it's provided for information purposes only.
You can use it to:
- Share a clear breakdown of Credit Card transactions with your accountant
- Reconcile monthly card spending with your repayment amounts
- Keep organized records of card transactions by billing period
- Understand which specific purchases are included in each repayment
