How does the flash promo for Plus Credit cards work?

This limited-time offer allows you to experience the benefits of our Plus Credit card without any subscription fees for your first three months.

The promotion is available only to selected Qonto customers who order a new Plus card during the promotional period.

Order your Plus card by Aprli 30th to take advantage of this offer. After that, standard terms apply.

 

How does the billing work during the promotion period?

The promotion gives you three months of free Plus card subscription, based around your card activation date:

Billing timeline:

  1. Month 1 (activation month): No charges when ordering a new Plus card
  2. Month 2: No charges on the 1st of the month
  3. Month 3: Pro-rated charge at the beginning of the month, covering only the days after the promotion ends

Billing example:

If you activate your Plus card on March 27th:

  • March 27th: €0 charged
  • April 1st: €0 charged
  • May 1st: €0 charged
  • June 1st: Pro-rated charge for June 28th-30th (the days not covered by the promotion)

To avoid charges: If you wish to cancel your Plus card subscription and avoid any billing on subscription fees, you must cancel the card by the end of the second free month (May in the example above).

 

How do I order a Plus card with this promotion?

  1. Go to Business account → Cards
  2. Click Create card
  3. Select Credit card
  4. Choose the Plus card
  5. Complete the order process

You can order your card on both the web and the mobile app. The promotion will be automatically applied to your subscription when you order your first Plus card during the promotional period.

 

Will I need to pay for card delivery?

Yes, to enjoy the physical card you need to pay for the delivery. Virtual Plus cards are not available separately.

 

Does this offer apply to Plus Debit cards?

Yes, it applies to both Plus Credit and Plus Debit cards.

 

What should I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong card?

Contact our customer care team at support@qonto.com or via in-app chat to resolve this issue. They can help you cancel the incorrect order and guide you through ordering the correct Plus card to benefit from the promotion.
