How do I make a claim?

If you are dissatisfied with Qonto's service, you can easily and quickly send your complaint to our team – regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Please note that this information is only valid for customers with a German IBAN.

Please contact our support team via the chat in your Qonto session.
Most of the time, our staff quickly find a solution for you. However, if this is not satisfactory for you, you can submit your complaint online or by mail.

Processing & Deadlines
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours.

Your complaint will be processed by the responsible department as quickly as possible and at the latest within 15 working days, except in exceptional cases, about which you will be informed in advance (in such cases, you will receive the final response within a maximum of 35 working days).

☝️Good to know: Since you are acting in a professional capacity, you cannot initiate a mediation procedure.
